Our teams
Engineering
The engineering teams mission is to produce high-quality, innovative, and efficient software systems to support NewsWhip’s real-time media monitoring platform. From data ingestion pipelines, refinement, enrichment, and modelling of this discovered data, to the delivery of structured information and insights to NewsWhip’s users through our in-house built applications.
Product
The product team is focused on unlocking value for our users and NewsWhip. We continuously deepen our user understanding and collaborate with design and engineering to create a more impactful product.
Design
Design at NewsWhip is collaborative, inclusive and truly user-centred. Each designer is embedded in their product team; working directly with users to turn insights into features that delight and engage.
Marketing
Through data, customer stories, reports and convening a community of data-driven leaders, the marketing team promotes the benefits and importance of real-time media monitoring and predictive analytics to the global communications community.
Sales
The Sales team obsess on our customers’ success, solving problems and delivering value. Connection and collaboration is what we’re all about. In addition to being industry and product experts, we’re friendly, authentic and love what we do.
Customer Success
In Customer Success our world revolves around our customers as strategic partners and trusted advisors. We build strong partnerships by being customer advocates across all NewsWhip departments to make sure customers find value and have a positive experience.
Finance
The Finance team is responsible for managing our core processes well, but the team is also focused on providing our stakeholders with reports, insights, and analysis that help us understand the business and help it grow into the future.
People Ops
The mission of our People Operations team is to put our employees first, and ensure it is a great place to work once you’re with us. We do this through transparent processes for the entire employee journey from hiring to onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, and rewards. Our role is to ensure you can enjoy doing your best work with us!
